The Urban disadvantaged group was a special social group caused by the social transformation and economic reform. Paying attention to the early education and improving the adverse situation of their children, not only can promote the healthy growth and sustainable development of their children and encourage the fairness of the preschool education, but also a basic,developed and promotional solution to relieve the current status of the disadvantaged group.The papers takes the Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems theory of human development and Coleman's capital theory as the theoretical basis, and focus on the questionnaire research and supplemented with interviews,field observation and documents research according to the main principles of "qualitative research". The subjects of this investigation covered the main representatives of the disadvantaged groups, that is, the migrant children and their parents,teachers, and deeply studied the status of the early family education,kindergarten education and community education of these migrant children through the development ecological systems which has a great effect on the children, such as the family,kindergarten and community.The paper has done a relatively comprehensive and intensive analysis to the early education status of the migrant children. We found that migrant population families on low social economic status have important influence on the family early education of the migrant children. Quite a number of migrant children parents lacking of scientific early education ideas, childhood ideas, democratic education mode, and providing the migrant children fewer learning resources. In kindergarten education, the migrant children are concentrated in the private kindergarten or Cottage Nurseries that providing the poor condition; Kindergarten education teaching exists serious " primary " phenomenon. Meanwhile, there is no effective education unity force for the lacking of necessary cooperation and communication among the family,kindergarten and community.To solve the early education status of the migrant children is not only a simple early education problem, but also a systematic social project which need the collective effort of the governments,family,kindergarten, community and other parties related. What is the most essential is that the government shall clear his responsibilities in developing preschool education, incorporate the preschool education issues of the urban disadvantaged groups' children, including the migrant population to the local development plan, increase the financial budget and expand the inclusive education resources; improve the status of the kindergarten teachers and solve their preparation and treatment problems; enlarge the public preschool education resources in a variety of ways and ensure the disadvantaged children's access to the kindergarten; establish a scientific,flexible mechanism for supervision and management of the preschool education institution; in the meanwhile, the government should take various measures to improve the social economic status of the disadvantage group as well as their economic status. The kindergarten should improve their establishment conditions and the education quality according to the national related standards; also, the cooperation and communication among the kindergarten,family and community should be strengthened to help the parents raise their awareness to early education, change their family education ideas, and improve the supervision level of education, and work together to create a proper living and studying environment for the children.
