Being marginalized in this study refers to the state of the migrant children with poor study situation who are forgotten,devalued and rejected by teachers or peer groups in school life due to various factors.Based on the perspective of moral education,this study uses qualitative research methods to present the current state of the migrant children with poor study situation who are being marginalized in school life concretely.On this basis,the researchers conducted an in-depth analysis of the causes,and put forward some countermeasures to deal with the current state of marginalization of the migrant children with poor study situation.This study is divided into four parts.The first part briefly describes the basic situation of the research school,the basic process of entering the research site and the basic situation of the selected research objects.The second part presents the specific experience of the migrant children being marginalized with poor study situation in school life.The third part analyzes the impact of marginalization on the growth of the migrant children with poor study situation from multiple aspects.What's more,the third part analyzes the reasons for the marginalization of the migrant children with poor study situation from four aspects.The reasons for teachers and peer groups mainly include teacher's stereotypes and negative teacher expectations,the "label effect" promoted by peer groups.Family reasons mainly include the influence of parents' expectations for education,parents' laissez-faire and rude parenting educational methods,and the weakening of family emotional communicating function and education function.The reasons for school education and society mainly include the alienation of school education,the intensification of the school's social stratification function,the limitations of social support,and cross-regional cultural exclusion.The main reasons for the migrant children include their own personality factors,low self-efficacy and self-control ability.The fourth part combines the actual situation of M school and puts forward the countermeasures from three aspects to deal with the marginalization of the migrant children with poor study situation.First,school education must return to the essence of education and rebuild the self-confidence of the migrant children with poor study situation.Schools must clear the nature of the pursuit of education,focus on improving the personality development of students,teachers in the process of education and teaching in evaluation mode can focus on diversification,give full play to the positive role of teacher expectations.Second,starting from the perspective of moral education,schools need to pay more attention to the moral growth of students,strengthen the construction of moral education courses,improve teachers' caring qualities,cultivate students' moral quality,and create a caring and friendly campus atmosphere.Third,optimize the out-of-school education environment,strengthen the support of the society,actively carry out home-school cooperation,improve the parental education ability of parents,and develop the self-education ability of the migrant children with poor study situation to help them get out of their marginalized situation gradually.
