Children Of Migrant Workers Into The City Early Adaptation To Urban Studies

Since the 21st century, more and more the population of rural, small cities and towns and small cities to big cities to seek better development, at the same time more parents due to various reasons bringing children life into their work of city, These minors in urban life adjustment problems has been widespread concern by all sectors of the community. Especially these teenagers who beginning into the urban society, called the early town children of migrant workers, most of them in daily life and level of mental cognition is not adapting, performances include:low self-awareness, emotions troubled, poor peer relations, urban skills lacking. The purpose of this study is to increase their capacity to adapt to urban life and accelerate the progress of their adaptation to urban life.First of all, This study selected 100 L community children of migrant workers in Shenzhen to investigate objects, they are divided into four groups according to the length of time living in Shenzhen:Less than one year,1-2 years,2-3 years, more than three years, In questionnaire form assessment of the they face issues and demand, four groups against each other, as the study of pre-test. Investigation found that as children of migrant workers living in cities time adapt to urban life also increased, and among them the town early (less than one year) with the biggest obstacle. According to assessed needs, recruited 9 children of the early town of the community participation "based on" urban adaptation group, and carry out group activities. Through group work methods and skills in group activities to intervene in social adaptation disorders of their city, the group work has designed four team events, guidance and counselling to their who called town early common problem, like Poor peer relations, low self-recognition, lack of urban life skills... At the same time in the process of activities using the professional coaching team work skills, used to improve interpersonal skills of the team, emotional control ability, collaboration ability so that they used to the pace of urban life faster, so they can confident to meet the urban environment with all kinds of challenges and difficulties. Finally I invite team members actively participate in the activities of the evaluation process, mainly in the form of group activities feedback, interview to obtain the feedback information from the service object, after the group activities the author through to the group interviews to sort, as the research after the test. Assessment results showed that to carry out the city to adapt to the team was able to ascend into the city of migrant children in the early years of the ability to adapt, to make them faster to adapt to the city.
