Since the concept of execution was put forward, it has become the common focus for the theory researchers, enterprise directors and school subject supervisors. How to construct execution is becoming the key point of this problem. The survey of execution covers many industries, and this research will go to a more deep degree and will be more systematical. But the survey of the sports area is just at the starting period, lack of systematical research; many theories are still not be covered. This essay started from the execution of excellence basketball player of universities in Shandong province, we carried on our research, on the base of the management theory,marketing theory and related theories and methods, also related to execution of good basketball players. In order to provide instruction and assistance for constructing the theory system and promote the execution of basketball players, carry on the survey of the current situations of good basketball player of universities in Shandong province.This paper fully absorbing the execution of related theories and theory of Executive Power of Pengzhiqiang,Libyan,Wangxiangyun and so on with statistical methods, design two kinds of questionnaires, one is survey and research of the execution of good basketball player of universities in Shandong province(Student questionnaire), the other is Coaches interview record (Coach), conduct a survey to thirty-three questions. Among them, student questionnaire is divided into two parts; one is the diagnostic questionnaires of player's execution. The other is the cognitive questionnaire of player's execution. Athletes execution diagnosis questionnaire do a survey respectively from four aspects:the organization system, system, cultural system and the coaches factors. This questionnaire can not only to investigate the athletes, the current situation of executive force for the four aspects of problems through the analysis of the athletes, but also can find the causes of deficiency of execution. Execution by open and cognitive questionnaire survey all open questions, good team collected by reality about athletes in the execution of construction paper, better for the construction of executive force to provide help. The papers were issued a valid questionnaire and withdraw the 182, were survey of 144 four universities and Shandong basketball training base for students' execution situation.Through the investigation and interview and data statistics and analysis of the results, this paper concluded that the following five conclusions:1.Preliminary determination athletes execution by the internal structure of the form, organizational system, system, cultural system and the coaches factors four parts organic component.2.Analysis to identify the basketball athletes execution in essence is much closer to an ability and management processes and culture, including ability and athletes execution essence closest.3.
