Social Development. Interest-driven Law

Social development is becoming the kernel of social sciences, because there are, since implementing the reform and opening up in 1978, great achievements in the social development of china, and conspicuous improvements are made in the different fields, such as economy, politic, culture and society. Under these achievements, the latent conflicts and problems, such as the problem of ecological environment, of the social unfair and of dishonest, are coming out. All of these compel us to seek the deep reasons and to explore the viable methods to solve these problems. Therefore, the rule of drive by interest in the social development, without any doubt, is proposed in the context of these theoretic and realistic conditions.Since interest is the elementary category in the philosophy of Marxism, the rule of drive by interest is also being the elementary rule in the historical materialism. The rule of drive by interest means that there is the inner, essential and inevitable relation between the interest and the social development. That is to say, there is an inevitable trend and objective driven by the interest of the human beings in the development of social history process. It is crucial to perfect the theories of drive system in the social development by studying the rule of drive by interest. More importantly, it is indispensible to guide the social practice effectively by unclosing the mechanism of the rule of drive by interest. The dissertation has some innovative ideas by studying the relevant categories like interest, social development, drive and drive by interest, particularly by examining the category of interest. It is the theoretic requisite to sort out the relevant concept resulting in studying the rule of drive by interest. The core of the dissertation is to compound and summarize the connotations and characteristics of the rule of drive by interest in the social development, and to sum up the manifestations of the rule of drive by interest in the developmental factors of the different society. At the same time, the author, in light of the connotations and manifestations of the rule of drive by interest, explores the inner mechanism affected by the rule of drive by interest, and elaborates the inner structure and process influenced by this rule. All the points discussed in this passage are the theoretical innovation of this dissertation.The dissertation reveals the theoretical purport and realistic meaning of the rule of drive by interest from three levels. From the perspective of epistemology, we are enlightened to form the scientific interest outlook. From the methodological aspect, we need to seize and apply the analysis method of interest. As for the realistic requirements, we need to adhere to the right interest principle. In order to promote the social improvement unceasingly, we need to analyze the complicated social phenomenon by implying the analytical method of overall interest, to stick to the interest principle, to guide our practice by scientific interest outlook, to achieve our interest loftily, to coordinate the relationship of interest initiatively and to regulate the interest conflicts.
