In Anhui university teaches sports associations, the most common associations are: basketball, volleyball, football, badminton, calisthenics etc. Of all male teachers choose such sports as acuteness activity rivalries and competitive, rich sports; While female teachers prefer exercises that are more soft and graceful, no action against,easy to carry out. 2. In survey objects, 31-40 years of age is the largest number, 41-50 years of age is the second. In general: the growth as the age, the title's promotion, degree rise in sports association, the number of staff is less and less, and there are very big relations for the sake of this part of people's less spare time, less physical decline, busy working.3. In Anhui university teaches sports association, the largest of arrangement times on activity is 1-2 times a week, occupies 34.7%; 60-90 minutes'activity time is the largest proportion, occupies 44.5%. Activity places that most of them choose are at university campus, because campus sports facility is relatively easy, and focused. Having instructors occupies 54.2% in association activities , but not the accounts for 45.8% .4. Association fee is solved mainly by university union, collection of membership fees and strive for sponsorship forms. Respondents said the activities of the association has fixed by the venue, accounting for the investigation number 70.5%; Without fixed activity venues occupies 29.5%. universities need to further increase the staff sports venue facilities, providing convenience of staff sports activities. 5. Every association has its own rules. Association members are the staff at the school, and engineers have formal program membership. The problems that need to be solved in future development are: the most choice of association director is to enhance economic consciousness, multi-channel to raise money. the second is expanding social influence, and various media cooperation, setting up the organization image, expanding social influence, striving for more social support and help. the third is to establish effective sports association in mature regulations.8.
