The Present Operating Situation Of Ningbo University's Sports Association And Its Strategies

Although,as an important part of college student societies,the development of sports association has achieved great improvement,there still lie a lot of problems.College sports association has played an irreplaceable role between student societies in providing with a great platform and a valuable opportunity for students to know about athletic activities,and to join in athletic training,and its functions are very visible in cultivating qualified colleges students.This research are applying literature material method,interviewing method,questionnaire survey method and so on,to investigate and research the present operating situation of Ningbo University's sports association,and has analyzed the present operating situation,to draw several conclusions below:(1)Ningbo University's sports association has given students a platform to complete self-development,pushed the establishment of the school's culture,expanded the edge of college culture life,fulfilled the requirements of the present development of Ningbo University.(2)There still are some extrusive problems in the present operating situations of Ningbo University's sports association: the small member numbers,the high proportion of male members,the disproportion of the members' grades,the uncompleted system construction,the lack of management of the superintendent,the irresponsible facts of the conduct person and etc.(3)Although,under the supervision of the Sunshine Sports community,the self-management of the Ningbo University's sports association by the students,has obtained some achievement,but due to the lack of comprehensive management ability of college students,the association's future is still not so positive.(4)The development of the Ningbo University's sports association can depend on the speed-up establishment of the association management system,improving the association's management person's ability cultivation method,enhance propaganda and promoting communications between our college and other institutions,thus putting them in a regular andpositive developing road.
