Winter Sports Innovative Training Model Study

Winter Sports have shown significant space and excellent opportunities for development as China's social and economic progress. A group of Winter Sports creative talents need to meet the requirements of the times urgently. It is the way to solve the shortage of Winter Sports talents though specification on the cultivation model of Winter Sports talents in the Physical Education Institutions with the winter sports department.This paper mainly adopt the literature,experts interview, investigation and logical analysis to have a comparative research on Harbin Institute of Physical Education, Jilin Institute of Physical Education and Shenyang Institute of Physical Education, These three institutions with the winter sports department. The paper analyzed the characters and problems in three institutions around the educational goals, educational specification, and cultivation course and evaluation system. On this basis, to build the training mode of winter sports creative talents.
