Research On Tibet University Application And Innovation Talent Training Mode

In this rapidly changing society, with the rapid development of economic globalization and science and technology, making China’s economic structure is constantly changing. All walks of life to talented person’s demand is also diverse. In order to speed up the construction of an innovation country and enhance the country’s independent innovation capability, this requires all universities to cultivate applied talents with innovation consciousness, innovation spirit and innovation ability. Meanwhile, it has become a major feature of the current needs of the employer. In order to be better able to adapt to social development, all universities, especially the applied undergraduate colleges and universities, are more and more paying attention to training application of innovation talents. With the progress of the popularization of higher education, all Tibet universities are also unceasingly in the enrollment expansion, and the scale continues to expand. Not only lead to the decline of teaching quality, but also making the assimilation phenomenon of talents training is more serious. Tibet high education as part of National higher education, should have the nationalization, forming the schooling style with Tibetan distinctive national characteristic and cultivate of characteristic talents. In order to cultivate high-quality talents who can adapt to the development of social and economic in Tibet, exploring the characteristic mode of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities in Tibet should also be a new topic of higher education in Tibet.This thesis is based on Xi Zang University for Nationalities to carry out “Innovation and Entrepreneur Training Plan for College students” study on the achievements and problems, analyzing the value and weaknesses in constructing training mode of creative talents. So as to reform of personnel training model in colleges and universities in Tibet with theoretical exploration. The innovation of this thesis is be able to further explore the talents training mode which can adapt to the development of economic in Tibet based on “Innovation and Entrepreneur Training Plan for College students”, in hope of providing reference for the latter scholars to do further research.
