Government Under The Auspices Of The Titles Of Foreign Language Exam Status Quo And Countermeasures

In 1999,the Chinese government introduced the National Professional Foreign language Tests and professionals in various fields are required to take the tests for the purpose of promotion in technical posts.As time goes by, this examination can not meet the development of the situation, more and more people pay attention to it and it becomes society hot spot.At present, some research has been done for this test, but the exam-related analysis is also not comprehensive enough. Although we are very concerned about, but the experts to participate in it. So the specific recommendations are limited.This paper analyzes the problems of National Professional Foreign language Tests from the functions of the division, test management, inadequate laws and regulations, and economic factors. Then some suggestion has been given. That is to establish a government-led mode of the foreign language test. It Is not only conducive to choose the talented people, but also good for foreign language study. First of all, this test is described from three angles, the historical background and evolution; existing examination pattern classification; current status and problems.Then, there four angles of discussion as follow, the functions of the division, test management, inadequate laws and regulations, and economic factors. At the end, based on the discussion of previous section, we propose the principles and implementation of the proposed test.
