Everyone increasingly is aware that education has a pivotal role for the development of the country and national survival in severe international competition. In order to fully implement the education policy, cultivate excellent talents, education curriculum reform in China has its special features after constantly thinking, modifying. As far as biological subject is concerned, the module type education teaching system is implemented. High school biology curriculum is divided into compulsory module and elective module. Compulsory module includes:molecule and cellule, gene and evolvement, steady-state and environment. Elective module includes:biological technology practice, biological science and society, modern biological technology project. The module structure provides scientific clear teaching system for teachers who make the teaching goals clear when they prepare the lessons. Mastering advanced teaching skills is particularly important under such excellent teaching theory. This thesis includes preface and text, the text is divided into five parts where each part has research of the application of presentation skill in the process of teaching and in what ways and means to improve classroom teaching efficiency.The first part illuminates the reform and innovation of the presentation skill is an important step in teaching skills, introduces the teaching skills and its current research status of domestic and abroad. Mainly introduces presentation skills, including the types of presentation skills, the basic procedures, and the basic requirements of presentation media and significance of media presentation.The second part introduces the psychology and pedagogy theory of presentation skills. Psychology involves piaget's cognitive structure development theory, Ausubel meaningful learning theory and Gagne's information processing theory. The pedagogy aspects talked about the pedagogical theoretical basis and then put forward the values.The third part describes the value of presentation skills in the curriculum standards, makes clear the three aspects of this study:a. the application of situational presentation in the teaching process; b. the integration and application of multimedia technology; c. the application of experiment presentation in media.The forth part analyzes the above questions from values aspect. Firstly, the author uses case analyses to state question creation with presentation media when lead to the new lesson. Attracting students'learning attention in the shortest time in the new lessons is a powerful guarantee for success. The research of this aspect involves material object presentation, multimedia presentation, experiment used to lead to new lesson. Secondly, the author has a research of the integration and application of traditional and modern teaching media through using case analysis. The traditional teaching media has its special advantages. The blackboard writing is a typical representative. This study mainly explains the integration and application of blackboard writing and multimedia, and the development and application of multimedia courseware. Finally, the author uses interview to research experiment presentation, the important points of this research are using skillfully microscope and cultivation of students'observation ability.
