In china, as the open policy and the implementation of the growing, and the world information and cultural fusion need an international language of communication, master a foreign language is a social development needs also to the overwhelming majority of the educated people of the necessary qualifications and expectations. For countries, in order to carry china towards the world, let the world know about china, education must face the world and geared to the future. Therefore, the education and training in English more bilingual talents has become a strategic task. For personal use the language to learn and live and work more and more pressing needs. Therefore. in recent years, English has been raised, and younger. In the background of teaching foreign languages in the world was of great importance to the teaching of foreign languages is the trend of diversified modes of expression, in the world today is the second language teaching successful model. Many years, in promoting the development of practice in teaching programs, teacher is in the experiment in the development of further research and teacher qualities led the children in teaching English in the development and for the current in the quality of research and development. this is the little study on vacancies is also needed to solve the problem.In this paper, immersion kindergarten English teachers study, using qualitative research methods, the process of collecting data, sorting the 35 immersion teacher reflect on professional. Development and teaching diary notes, lesson plans. immersion of 15 senior teachers in depth interviews, through continuous coding, comparison. find the same concepts and features of finalization of the eight outstanding representative immersion teachers as the focus of this research study. This study from the impact of good teachers in professional development immersion key events, key players, their quality of teachers and efforts to analyze three major aspect of the characteristics of teacher in the growth and development in common with the narrative description of the best way of the excellent growth story immersion teachers. The results show that they grow best in the course of immersion teachers, factors that affect their professional growth mainly reflected,in:the teachers themselves play a key role in the teaching quality;focus on the importance of research activities; the formation of the active cooperation of the teacher culture; kindergarten immersion leadership and professional growth of teachers teaching and research management and support;teachers should be good at summing up, reflection,dare to challenge yourself. they know what to do from the initial confusion during the transient to temper the frustration competent mature period,has always been in love for the profession and the cause of the high sense of responsibility to forge ahead,the professional to seek new development.in the concluding part of the article, conclusion based on the article, for immersion teachers who wish to become good kindergarten teachers made several recommendations to teachers in the kindergarten Immersion growth of a certain reference. Task Force and the active cooperation of the kindergarten, complement each other for immersion teachers with more teaching resources available, providing more room for development, together for the development of immersion teachers to develop their own to create a good, display their platform would be more effective in promoting new Immersion teachers seeking professional development. In the concluding part of the article,conclusion based on the article,for immersion teachers who wish to become good kindergarten teacher made several recommendations to teachers in the kindergarten immersion growth of a certain reference.
