In distance education, tutoring is a science and technology, which based on personal experience, situation and personal teaching philosophy. The other hand, although there is no single and the best tutoring style, should have many effective and tutoring strategies. This study has selected a reasonable manner in a limited field of to discuss tutoring style effects of interaction result. In this style of so-called tutoring may be distance education environment which learners like forms of communication, maybe tutors and students of speech communication features which can improve the interaction quality in distance learning. For this study, not to seek tutoring style or language standards of teacher, but look for the possible form which can promote teacher-students interaction in the distance environments.This study try to find necessary interaction of teacher- student, and the important role of tutor in the dialogue through theory. Distance learning in different stages of processing with different levels of knowledge, because there are different degrees of interaction, there is disparity between the expectations and fact. So many problems exist, and tutoring is a effective way of improving interaction quality.Learners expect can be a timely response and adequate support, high-quality distance learning needs of efficient, high quality teachers' support. Tutor have many different roles to guidance and monitoring in different stages of learning.Guidance of the teacher mainly rely on language, so which statements must be concise, enlightening, thought to be effective guidance to students' learning. Tutoring must follow the general rule, because of personal cognition, language expression ability, mastery of professional knowledge, it will show personal style.We divided tutoring style from content of teacher's guidance:social, teaching, technical, each of them has different major types of the following sub-categories. We collect data from educational technology training platform of Peking University. We selected 21 tutors, according to their different experiences, divided into three categories:experienced tutor, student-tutor, new tutor. Characteristics of the whole language is main on teaching, which found through content analysis. Different types of teachers whose tutoring language distribution in different parts. student-teacher's is higher than other teachers in monitoring, reflection and evaluation component. Trough empirical research we found teachers and learners should keep a student friend and teacher relationship. some teachers in the language was clear and concise presentation on the theme clear; while others are lengthy narrative, the theme is not obvious. Language of teachers is important to understand tutoring style and the role and status of teachersThis study selected three representative types of teachers construct social network diagram, network density, degree centrality to understand teacher's role and status in distance education.
