With the development of quality education, we are all faced with new ideas and new curriculum. As Chinese teachers, we should play an important role in Chinese class.There is special spiritual significance in the teaching process, so we must have a free and independent spirit both in managing learning materials to have our own characteristics and show our style; In addition, we should pay attention to not only all the students of knowledge acquisition, but also the development of each students personality, rather than the students confined to a fixed, rigid frame being. This is a personalized language teaching.Language teaching is to show both the individuals own personal style of teachers (including teachers, personalized text control), and to show the students the individualized learning.Personalized language teaching research is to facilitate classroom efficiency, ease of shaping the human spirit, the presentation of the language arts classroom, and the practice of language teaching.
