The 2017 edition of the general high school chemistry curriculum standards and the basic education curriculum reform outline both put forward that: respect the individual differences of students,cultivate students to be personalized,meet the learning needs of different students,so that all students can fully develop,so that personalized education has become the main teaching direction.Chemistry homework is an important means in the process of chemistry teaching.It can not only improve students' academic performance but also be an important basis for teachers to check their teaching results.Therefore,homework has always been regarded as an extension of teaching and an effective supplement to the teaching process.Therefore,how to assign homework to meet the individual differences of students and meet the needs of the development of The Times for talent training.This paper puts forward the hierarchical work of personality,that is,the hierarchical,exploratory and practical work designed for students' individual differences,personality characteristics and cognitive rules,which is a beneficial supplement to the traditional form of work.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the practice of high school chemistry personality stratification.This study is mainly divided into five parts.In the first part,the introduction discusses the research background,research purpose and research significance,and then discusses the research status at home and abroad and the strategy and program of this research.The second part interprets the relevant theories of personalized hierarchical assignments.Through consulting a large number of documents,conducting questionnaire surveys and interviews with students and front-line teachers,it is found that most teachers' homework assignments are still in the "one size fits all" mode,which is notconducive to the development of individual differences among students.In order to propose the design and implementation of hierarchical chemistry individualized homework.In the third part,according to the results of investigation and analysis,it is put forward that the design of senior high school chemistry homework should be based on the course standard,teaching materials and students,and follow the principles of hierarchy,lifestyle,diversification and appropriateness.The fourth part,combined with the relevant principles,carries on the high school chemistry personality hierarchical homework design practice research.Pre-test and post-test were conducted for the experimental class and the control class,and the Chinese version of SPSS19.0 was used to process the data.The results show that,in the process of high school chemistry teaching,the implementation of the individual level homework can meet the individual development needs of different students.This not only improves the students' enthusiasm for learning chemistry,but also enhances their confidence in further learning of chemistry,thus improving their scores in chemistry examination and the core quality of chemistry.Moreover,the chemical personality hierarchical homework also has the potential to tap the students' learning chemistry,which fully conforms to the homework standards in the "Ordinary High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards".Finally,in response to the deficiencies and flaws in this research,in the specific teaching practice,the effectiveness of the personalized hierarchical homework is verified,and countermeasures and expectations are proposed for the better application of the personalized hierarchical work mode in the future.
