Credibility as one of the traditional virtues in China, has been endowed with great importance in the college moral education system. However, under the pressure of modernization in a transformational society, this basic moral maxim is experiencing the greatest challenges nowadays in China, which throws a increasing influence to the college students. Meanwhile, due to the pressure from job hunting and the increasing poverty gap, the credibility loss of college students is now an unignorible issue.The main expeditions of the phenomenon can be seen from our sample investigation of the reasons and representations of the phenomenon. The credibility loss has social, educational and familial reasons. Therefore, our solutions will be proposed from the scholastic, familial, social and the individual angles, in order to present some theoretical arguments for the value crisis in the campus, as well as the reconstruction of the whole moral system of our society.
