Tourism Management Major Practice is an important part of the UniversityPractical Teaching, which students can combine theoretical knowledge andprofessional skills during the practice, and it is also an important transitional phasefor students enter into society. At present, the domestic research on tourismmanagement professional internship is mostly concentrated on major practicemanagement, the utility of practice, practice mode innovation and training bases, etc.As for major practice management, the existing research in the perspective ofstudent internship psychology on the practice management is still relatively simple,mostly limited to the concept level, and lack of in-depth analysis and Empiricalresearch.Based on the review of perceived self-efficacy theory and management status ofmajor practice in hotel, the research refer to the perceived academic self-efficacymodel (Bian Yufang2003), combined with the characteristics of tourismmanagement students’ major practice in hotel, the "Perceived Practice Self-efficacyScale" is formulated. Based on this, the study expand questionnaires and expertin-depth interviews, summarize the characteristics of perceived practice self-efficacyof tourism management interns, and analyze the relationship between self-efficacyand practice effects in the internship process. It was concluded that the level ofpractical performance is positively correlated to the perceived practice self-efficacy.In addition, on the basis of the research of psychological characteristics of tourismmanagement interns and empirical analysis, put forward innovatively the hierarchytraining management model from the hotel, school and interns, and proposed specificmanagement measures one the psychological perspective.
