Objective: In2010the national physical fitness test report results have beenpublished, the report shows the physical health condition of college students in Chinashow downward trend year by year, the physical health of college students is notoptimistic, especially the college students’ cardiopulmonary aerobic fitness decline ismore apparent. So, about the study of college students’ cardiopulmonary aerobicfitness also gradually increasing. About3minutes steps evaluation cardiopulmonaryaerobic fitness test the validity of the argument. This study base on VO2max, on threedifferent load steps to test efficacy, to explore a more reasonable steps of testingscheme to assess cardiorespiratory aerobic fitness.Subjects and Methods: The research object is a professional sports collegestudents cardiopulmonary aerobic fitness and assess. Random Yunnan normaluniversity public physical education2011-2012school year second semester studentsof badminton, tennis, football, a total of70people. The Male35people, effective data31people; The Female35people, effective data35people;. Mainly uses themeasurement method and mathematical statistics, cardiorespiratory fitness of collegestudents’ basic indicators and VO2max test, both men and women and tested on threedifferent load steps to test, comparative analysis of three kinds of scheme evaluationeffectiveness of cardiopulmonary aerobic fitness. Test on the basis of this study is theHarvard steps movement time is5minutes, and domestic uses3minutes shorter testtime steps. So, adjust the movement of the time both men and women respectively to5minutes and4minutes, then add the Stands lies the brace action, from two aspects:the sports time and way to improve test load.Main results and conclusion:1. Three different load step test index difference significance test, two twocompared, there are significant differences (P <0.05). That cardiopulmonary aerobicfitness test in the evaluation of three steps when there is a difference.2. Cardiorespiratory aerobic fitness Male and Female from different evaluationmethods of multiple correlation analysis results, male and female1000m/1000mrunning and VO2max has the highest correlation coefficient (rm=0.763,P<0.01;rf=0.699,P<0.01), followed by the boy5minutes the steps combination experiment stepsand girl4minutes (rm=0.625,P<0.01and rf=0.594,P<0.01). Because the student female to male1000m/800m run have certain psychological burden, step test by3minutes time too short, the effectiveness of the two kinds of test will be affected bycertain influence.3. Male and Female have different heart rate immediately after t Different loadstep test and negatively correlated to the VO2max(P<0.05), and associated withsignificant heart rate immediately after the instruction steps test can reflectcardiopulmonary aerobic fitness level.4. From the distribution of RPE comparison, found that girls and boys test steps3minutes on the exercise intensity is low, the cardiopulmonary system to stimulatethe body strength and didn’t have enough time. Combination with male5minutes,4minutes step test load intensity is higher, can obtain better movement.
