Widely using relevant information and books at the same time, the existing research results and the results of the survey analysis, integration, shooting training in deep insight into problems that exist in the sanda teaching, sanda shooting teaching at institutions of higher learning in our country and put forward corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion, to provide scientific theoretical basis on the development of sanda teaching in China. Research shows that:(1) in10seconds the straight shooting target training experiment of testing found the foot target training experimental group B and group A hand than A target training experiment in group C after10seconds of the straight shooting has significant improvement.
