Shooting as the only means of scoring the basketball game, is every basketball player must strengthen the training, and constantly improve the hit rate of key subjects. With the development of modern basketball growing antagonism, intense, how to protect the basketball athlete in the premise of smooth hit rate, while maintaining high muzzle velocity of this research appears urgent and necessary. In this paper, through the study of fast frequency shooting training of basketball athletes of high shooting rate, high stability of the training effect of shot, shot fast frequency training methods of basketball shooting effect.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature analysis, expert interview method, experimental research method and mathematical statistics method, and according to the related theory of sports biomechatronics and detailed experimental data, to study the influence of "fast" shooting frequency shooting training of basketball special student hit rate. The research of fast frequency training in shooting through the experiment of athletes, and constantly improve its release speed, the initial formation of muscle memory, at the same time to ensure the smooth fast shot hit rate, so as to enrich the theory and practice of basketball teaching and training, so as to better guide the basketball teaching.By 8weeks (16times) of the training experiment, the test before the experiment, experimental group and comparison group had no significant difference between the rate of shooting and shot speed, after the end of the experiment, the experimental group shooting and shot speed of two numeric values were better than the contrast group, the experimental group and comparison group the shot speed and hit ratio can be obtained in the shooting, the experimental group performed much better than the contrast group after finish 45 tests, the experimental group, the average hand speed than the contrast group in 8 seconds, shooting rate 5.48%.It can be concluded that, through the fast frequency shot training, improve the basketball players hit rate and hit rate is feasible and effective.
