Huaihua City of Hunan Province, western underdeveloped areas, residents of Leisure Sports has just started. The study, leisure and sports development for the future Huaihua City residents of Leisure Sport has an important theoretical significance and practical strategic significance.Literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics method and other methods of investigation and analysis of Huaihua City residents to participate in recreational sport of its influencing factors, and deal with the problems put forward effective recommendations. It showed that:(1) Huaihua City residents daily average leisure time concentrated in2-3hours and leisure time leisure projects selected are mainly concentrated in the leisure time watching TV, Internet, rest, play mahjong, sports activities, gender domination exist some differences.(2) Participating in Leisure Huaihua City Gender purpose of differences between women focus on weight loss, keep in shape, entertainment, and men to focus on strengthening physical and social interaction purposes; physical activity of male residents generally larger than the female residents.(3) Huaihua City male residents of exercise per week more than the number of female residents, the Huaihua City residents Week number of exercise a gradual increase, and each exercise time0.5-1hours, diversified forms of exercise.(4) Huaihua City residents Venue. more choices in the parks and squares, residential areas open space, public sports venues, stadiums charges selection below normal.(5) Huaihua City residents to participate in most sports:walking and jogging, Square (ethnic) dance, badminton, table tennis, and different gender selection there are different sports, male residents prefer strength, physical contact and more sports (such as basketball, football and other projects), female residents prefer less intensity, less physical contact, getting in shape sports (such as Square (ethnic) dance, walking and running). Residents to choose sports standard biased in favor of the project:no need to spend money or spend less money, the selected item is easy to learn and easy to physical exercise, project the amount of exercise can be freely controlled and technical requirements.(6) Huaihua City residents leisure sports consumption is low,71.6%of the residents of Leisure Sports Consumption less than50and50-100, consumption patterns are mainly concentrated in-kind consumption (58.1%), viewing and consumption (18.3%) and information reception and consumption (23.6%) is low.(7) Affected residents to participate in leisure physical exercise major unfavorable factors:income, leisure time, space equipment, stadiums charges on leisure sports attitude, the degree of attention, lack of guidance personnel.Countermeasure proposal:Increase the propaganda of the media, government departments on leisure sports, create good leisure sports atmosphere; Improve the leisure sports the public easy participatory, freedom; Strengthen the construction of sports facilities and venues and facilities management, make full use of the facilities and resources of the venue; Strengthen social sports instructor team building, scientific and rational guide people to recreational sports activities; Vigorously develop the fitness needs of city residents leisure sports consumer market. |
