The scientific level of the educational administration management determines the level of training high school level and the talented person, is an important part of management of colleges and universities, which directly reflects the survival, development and status of a university in the current competition. Administration management is a highly scientific work, not only to follow the educational rule of law culture, teachers’ growth law and talent, but also to follow the work of management, through the scientific organization in order to achieve the optimization of quality management. The educational administration management is a systematic work, through the scientific teaching management, to maintain the normal teaching order, the implementation of the teaching plan, to realize the goal of cultivating the three merge into an organic whole personnel. With the rapid development of colleges and universities, change the teaching management idea, reform the teaching management mode, to raise the scientific level of the educational administration management has become an important part of the reform and development of higher education, is an important topic of educational management and educational management researchers must think seriously.In addition to the introduction, is divided into four parts:the first part mainly discusses three theoretical basis research of educational management Tianjin Conservatory of Music:learning organization, service organization, the management of people. The third part mainly analyzed the academic administration of Tianjin Conservatory of Music management management concept is rigid and backward, management system lag, lack of educational management team instability, low degree of information management problems and causes. Put forward ideas and suggestions on the reform of educational management from Tianjin Conservatory of Music in fourth parts:to build a learning organization, improve the ability of innovation; to change management idea, promote the humanistic management idea; to standardize the management system, enhance the system effectiveness; to enhance staff quality, strengthen the service consciousness; to achieve modernization, educational administration management informationization, digitization.At present, the music colleges and universities as the research object, also lack of research on Educational Management in accordance with the rule of teaching music colleges and universities and the characteristics and practice. Therefore, taking Tianjin Conservatory of Music as an example, carries on the analysis from the Tianjin Conservatory of Music school, teachers and professional teachers and other characteristics, discusses the characteristics of Tianjin Conservatory of Music educational administration management mode, points out the existing problems, on this basis, puts forward the future reform of educational management reform in Tianjin Conservatory of Music, aiming to find the direction, the guidance for the future development direction of Tianjin Conservatory of Music education management work.
