Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Humanistic Management In Students' Work

The student management work is an important part of daily work in higher vocational college,its quality has directly affected higher vocational colleges'development,with the development of the higher vocational education,it has undergone new changes in the student management problem.With the development and penetrating of the teaching reform on higher education,it is not adapted for the times,development and the needs of the individual value realization,which is the old education,the thought and system of the traditional management.This paper aims to the analysis and research of the traditional management model of the higher colleges,to explore the new situation of the college humanistic management concept and model,to promote the improvement of scientific management and to push forward the high college's continuous development.The paper uses higher vocational college as the research object.At first,it introduced the concept of humanistic management and humanistic management of colleges,also describe the theoretical basis,connotation and realistic significance.Secondly As an example for the FuJian L university of its practice of humanistic management,it analyzes the status quo and problems of higher vocational college students' management.Last but not least,the paper also puts forward how to apply humanistic management to solve the problem of the current higher vocational colleges and universities student management work.
