Research On Strengthening The Construction Of Characteristic Campus Culture In Higher Vocational Colleges

Campus culture is an important part of human cultural system. The construction of campus culture is an indispensable part of higher education system. With the rapid development of higher vocational education in China, it has become an important part of China’s higher education system. The nature, philosophy and personnel training goals determine that the higher vocational education is different from general higher education, and inevitable requirement of the construction of campus culture of higher vocational colleges should have the characteristics of higher vocational education. But the current campus culture between higher vocational colleges and universities campus culture in our country is very similar, the construction of campus culture in higher vocational college is also the same. There have not formulated the campus culture which has the characteristics of higher vocational education and college. In the new situation, what kind of characteristic the construction of campus culture of higher vocational colleges should have? How to construct the campus culture of higher vocational colleges? These are the urgent issue for higher vocational colleges to discuss, and which to be discussed in the article.Based on the analysis of connotation of campus culture and campus culture in higher vocational education, this paper has tried to analyze the connotations and characteristics of these two cultures from four aspects, which are material culture, spiritual culture, system culture and behavior culture, and further reveal the characteristics of campus culture of higher vocational colleges. This paper tries to analysis the present situation of the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges in China and the internal and external causes of insufficient resulting in campus culture construction of higher vocational colleges, through questionnaire survey, data summary and other research methods, combine with the current characteristics and situation of higher vocational education and higher vocational students. On the basis of previous research, the author take the TJ Youth Professional College as an example, try to explore the ways of campus culture of higher vocational education construction.The innovation of this paper lies in that it study the characteristics of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges, not only from macroscopic view, but also on the basis of specific vocational colleges. In the new situation, it puts forward ways to develop characteristics of campus culture in higher vocational education, based on the higher vocational education and the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.
