Campus culture embodies a school philosophy, spirit and ethos, which formed in cultivation conditions and campus atmosphere in the long-term educational practice. Campus culture contains material factors and intangible factors, such as campus atmosphere and cultivation conditions.Campus culture influences students’thoughts and behavior. Good school culture can help school achieve the goal more effective and satisfactorily, which is also good for school to form and develop school brand. It improves the grade of the school and the overall educational level, plays an important role in strengthening the effect of moral education. The campus culture has the function of educating people, which plays an important role in school education. Meanwhile good campus culture is good for school development.This paper makes a research on the case of campus cultural construction of middle school in Shihezi City, and develops a set of relatively complete scheme operability. It will enrich the campus culture theories. The construction of campus culture complies with the requirements of the development of the times and plays irreplaceable role, this study is good for the development of S middle school. This research provides theoretical support for the research and practice of middle school campus culture construction, to inspire positive effect on middle school campus cultural construction.This paper collects relevant information documents by internet periodicals、books and so on,which provide a theoretical framework for the study. Using questionnaires and interviews to collect and analyze data, this study designs the questionnaire and interview outline of the construction of campus culture from four perspectives:Spiritual and cultural construction, institutional culture, material culture and activities culture. This study uses different questionnaire to learn the status of the construction of campus culture in Shihezi S middle school and the faculty and students on campus culture awareness. To compensate for the lack of in-depth survey, the author used interview outline to interview the interviewees, in order to get the effects of the campus culture、endeavors、the difficulties and reason in the construction of campus culture. This study is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, it describes the research background and significance; the second part is the status of the construction of campus culture, it’s about the stage and the status of the construction of campus culture. Through interviews and questionnaires,the author analyzes the awareness on campus culture of the leaders、teachers in S Middle School and the results. The third part is the problems and reasons in the construction of campus culture. The forth part are the suggestions.Final conclusion:Schools should pay attention to campus culture, Continuously improve the management level, throughout the educational philosophy in the construction of campus culture, people-oriented and establish a specialty school culture.
