Based on the guidance and emphasis of national policies on higher vocational education,the practical needs of characteristic development of higher vocational colleges and the all-round development of higher vocational talents,this paper has carried out a series of study on the construction of class culture in higher vocational colleges.This paper is of great significance to explore the construction of class culture in higher vocational colleges.The construction of class culture in higher vocational colleges can improve the comprehensive cultural quality of students in higher vocational colleges,promote innovative teaching management in higher vocational colleges,comprise characteristic campus culture,implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating students in higher vocational colleges,and promote the comprehensive development of students.In this paper,the author conducts the research by documentary analysis,questionnaire survey and interviewing methods.Teachers and students of 7 higher vocational colleges in Chongqing were investigated to understand the status quo and existing problems of class culture construction in higher vocational colleges.Analyzing the causes of the status quo of class culture construction in higher vocational colleges,the author promote feasible countermeasures for class culture construction in higher vocational colleges.Through documentary analysis,this paper argued that the construction of class culture in higher vocational colleges includes the construction of class material culture,class regulation culture and class spiritual culture.In the process of the construction of class culture,it should comply with the regulations and policies of the new regulations enacted by the state.Conforming to the higher vocational talents training target and based on the school rules and characteristics of students,the key is to develop the instructors' leading role and the model demonstration of the student cadres,making full use of the internet tools to collect information,feedback and publicize effectively.The class culture is established jointly by the teachers and students through establishing the professional and practical class goal,setting up the class motto,the class name,class song,class icon,to cultivate higher vocational students' professional spirit and high morality with the activities as the carrier,to satisfy the higher vocational college students' training objective,build a good study environment and class collective environment.The system of class regulation culture and class material culture construction can be improved gradually.The paper carried on the research through questionnaire survey and interviewing methods.This paper designs a questionnaire to carry out a survey by the questionnaire star software and complete a series of teachers' interviewing to find out the existing problems on the implementation of class culture construction in 7 higher vocational colleges in Chongqing,so as to understand the problems existing in class culture construction in higher vocational colleges.At present,the status quo and main problems of class culture construction in higher vocational colleges include: ? Class material culture construction: The classroom environment of higher vocational colleges is not carefully arranged and lacks cultural connotation and also make less use of the internet tools to present the students' study and life in the classroom.The arrangement of classroom environment in higher vocational colleges lacks the guidance of values;The classroom layout of higher vocational colleges does not reflect the characteristics of higher vocational colleges;The classroom layout of higher vocational colleges is simple and the classroom layout is not rich.? Class regulation culture system: Higher vocational colleges attach importance to the class regulations;Higher vocational students did not participate in the formulation of class regulations;It is necessary to strengthen the scientificity and rationality of various systems and regulations in higher vocational colleges.The class regulations of higher vocational colleges are not strictly implemented and students' recognition to the class regulations is not high.The class regulations in higher vocational colleges are unbalanced in development and incomplete in content.? Spiritual and cultural construction of the class: Vocational counselors attach great importance to the formulation of regular goals,and lack of guidance to the long-term goals of the class and build the connection of students' personal goals and class goals;The supportive materials of class spirit in higher vocational colleges(class motto,class song,class emblem)are despised;Counselors in higher vocational colleges have many concerns about class activities,and the publicity should be strengthened and the development of class activities in higher vocational colleges is not ideal;Class atmosphere and learning atmosphere need to be improved;It is necessary to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students,students and teachers in higher vocational colleges to build a harmonious interpersonal relationship.This paper analyzes the causes of poor class culture construction in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of counselors,students and schools,and finds that the leading role of counselors in class culture construction in higher vocational colleges is not fully exerted.The potential of students in higher vocational colleges in the construction of class culture is not stimulated;Vocational colleges lack a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system to improve the effectiveness of class culture construction.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire results,this paper proposes four countermeasures to optimize the construction of class culture in higher vocational colleges.Strengthen the theoretical study and training of vocational counselors to improve the class culture construction ability;Enrich the Students' experience of achievements to work for the higher vocational class culture construction effectiveness;Carry out a variety of class collective activities to enhance the class culture construction;Develop comprehensive assessment standards of the school to test the results of class culture construction.
