After the new curriculum reform, scientific inquiry is being one of the major learning methods. And developing the students’scientific inquiring ability has been become a important education and teaching aims. In order to let students have a personal experience of the scientific inquiry, the educators have designed a variety of activities. We can say that experience is an important way of science inquiry learning. In the international trend, experiential learning has also been widely applied to the education field in our country. Complete experience learning theory is advanced by Dr David Curb. On the basis of lots of researches, he put forward the Experiential Learning Cycle what including:Concrete Experience, Reflective Observation, Abstract Conceptualization and Active Experimentation.Analyzes scholars’ studies about scientific inquiry from the Experiential Learning Cycle, their studies are just the part of Concrete Experience, not the whole Cycle. Therefore, in this study, in order to promote students’ awareness of the scientific inquiry process, I will buildthe teaching model of scientific inquiring and design the specific scientific inquiring process from the complete Experiential Learning Cycle.what’s more, every link contains a complete process of scientific inquiry at least. And then, I will test the experience about the process design experiential by the assessment tools, use the exploratory evaluation tool to test the of the group assignments, and analyze students’ awareness of scientific inquiry process with the assessment tool about the awareness of scientific inquiry process.The study concludesas follows:(1) The design in this study can stimulate students’ interest, develop the positive emotion, correct outlook on life and values.(2) The design promotes the students’ cognition of the scientific inquiry, both the whole process and the concrete links.
