After the Reform and Opening up in1978, traditional rural social networks changed gradually under the impact of modernization and commercialization. understanding these recent social changes has great significance to the study of rural society evolution. Also an new visual to rural governance and harmonious.Studies of rural social networks in the past mostly focus on the analysis of macro level. this paper tries to link between the macro and micro, emphasizing not only the macro function on social networks from the countryside,but also the microscopic function from the interaction of villagers’ daily life. under the effect of national power and rural power,as well as the interaction of tradition factor and modern factors,Rural social networks is shaping and changing the villagers’ interpersonal interaction model and action logic.Through the case study of Jingcun, it can be clearly seen that these conditions of basic situation、evolvement of the transmutation causes and effects focused primarily in genetic relationships, geographical relationships and business relationships. then discussing the relationship between rural social networks and the rural social order.It can be inferred that the communication principle of "human" and "reciprocity" still had dominant status in Jingcun Through empirical investigation and logical analysis, However the relationship between the villagers had obvious tendency of rationalization and utilitarian, rural social networks which had changed was an important regulator of current rural social order.
