This study is based on the comprehensive performance of cognitive appraisal, emotional experience and of behavioral intention, Survey teachers and students of the seven schools who participate in physical education professional basic skills test in Jiangsu province in2012, research on teachers’ and students’ attitude and its influencing factors, analyze the correlation between teachers and students’ participating attitude and their test scores. In order to provide theoretical reference basis to make the contestants cognitive the match correctly, participate in the match actively in the similar game in future and also make the participating units organize and arouse the enthusiasm of teachers and students to take part in the match better, and achieve high grades finally.The paper used literature resource method, questionnaire survey, statistics method and so on. Compile teachers and students’ participating competition attitude questionnaire myself and send to seven universities which participating Basic Skills Test including Huaiyin Normal University, Jiangsu Normal University, Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing Institute of Physical Education, Nantong University, Soochow University and Yangzhou University, teachers and students in total. The paper used Excel to create the original database and SPSS17.0to process data, using descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, ANOVA and correlation analysis.Through the questionnaire survey and data analysis, it shows that:(1) At present, all the seven universities teachers who participated in the test ranking for participating attitude scores of emotion, cognitive component, and behavioral intention. The teachers’ attitude is positive relatively in the mass and in good level basically. The teachers of different gender had no significant difference of the attitude(P>0.05), the attitude of teachers from different school had significant difference(P<0.01).(2)All the seven universities students who participated in the test had positive participating attitude as a whole, and the students’ participating attitude scores is arranged from high to low as follows:emotion, cognitive component, and behavioral intention. The students of different gender had no significant difference of the attitude (P>0.05), female students attitude score are higher than male students; the attitude of students from different school had significant difference (P<0.01).(3)The teachers’ attitude and the students’ participating attitude had the correlation coefficient of r=0.078, P=0.423(P>0.05), there was no significant positive correlation between teachers and the students’ attitude.(4) Through the test we can find that the level of basic theoretical knowledge is relatively low; high teaching ability overall; In the project of motor skills, the level of aerobics and the martial arts are higher, but the level of volleyball and football are relatively poor. The students’ attitude and test scores had the coefficient of r=0.559, P=0.048(P<0.05), both a significant positive correlation. there was significant positive correlation between them.The research conclusions:1All teachers and students tend to actively participating competitions. The attitude scores is arranged from high to low as follows:emotional component, cognitive component, behavioral intentions, among them emotional component is the main influence factor which affect their attitude. The enthusiasm of the teachers and students emotional experience during the competition of had an effect on its participating attitude.2There is no significant difference between male and female teachers’ attitude. They are all serious to Basic Skills Test. There is significant difference between male and female students’ attitude and female students show more actively attitude. This may because of the different gender bring difference, women do have a higher level of commitment and attention with similar tasks than men.3Teachers and students in different school show significant different participating attitude. The result is related to attach great importance to the test of basic skills, organize well, deploy thoroughly and create good atmosphere. The working attitude to the test of schools and teachers will affect the attitude of the students on participating.4Participating attitude of teachers is positively correlated with students’. Attitude among teachers and students participating have interaction with each other. To a certain extent, the teachers’ attitude to participate affect the students’ attitude, at the same time students’ participating attitude also affect the teacher’s 5Students participating attitude and test scores show positive correlation and significant difference. The participating attitude of students has an important influence on the test scores. The test scores is improving when the people enhance there participating attitude. |
