In order to improve people's physical health,the state has issued a series of documents and policies to encourage people to participate in physical exercise actively.The revision of the national standards for students' physical health(hereinafter referred to as the standards)has established and improved an evaluation mechanism for students,and guided them to participate in more physical activities in their spare time,so as to improve their physical health.In order to better implement the standards,improve the physical health of students,scholars from all walks of life from the comparison of the longitudinal,horizontal comparison,"standard" implementation of organizational efficiency and scientific aspects of the study,although the physical health of college students in China has improved,but the physical quality,such as the body is not optimistic.This study was carried out from testing cognition and testing motivation to explore the relationship of cognition,motivation and college students' physical fitness test scores.This study from two dimensions of cognition and motivation of students' physique test research,testing cognition,motivation and the relationship between college students' physical fitness test scores,clarify test cognition,motivation and the relationship between the university physical fitness test scores,and conducive to scientific to the implementation of the "standard",help students to improve physical fitness test scores,which provides the theoretical basis for colleges and universities better physical tests.It is beneficial to clarify the relationship between testing cognition,testing motivation and college students' physical fitness test scores,to scientifically implement the standard well,to helping students improve their physique test scores,and to providing theoretical basis for colleges to better carry out physique test.This study by useing the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,measurement method and so on.The cognitive questionnaire of college students' physical fitness test and the questionnaire of college students' physical fitness test motivation were used to carry out a random sampling survey on the students who participated in the physical fitness test in the first and second years of Guangzhou university,and calculated the testing cognitive level and testing motivation.According to the requirements of "standard",students are organized to take physical health tests,and then the test scores ofeach item are converted into corresponding scores according to the scoring standards,and the final scores are calculated according to the proportion of test items in the total scores.Statistical software was used to analyze the overall situation,difference and correlation among test cognition,test motivation and college students' physique test scores.The research results are as follows:(1)College students' physique test scores are at the passing level;There are significant differences between male and female college students in body shape,body function,physical quality and test scores.There were significant differences in physical function,physical quality and test scores between different grades of college students.(2)The testing cognitive level of college students' physique test needs to be improved,and there are significant differences among different genders and grades.(3)The strongest testing motivation of college students' physical fitness test is obedience motivation,while the smallest one is interest motivation;There are significant differences in value motive,ability motive and obedience motive between male and female college students.There are significant differences in interest motive,ability motive,obedience motive and honor motive among different grades.(4)There is a positive correlation between testing cognition and testing motivation;There is a positive correlation between testing cognition and physical test scores.There is a positive correlation between testing motivation and physical test scores.
