In2012, the eighteenth report of the communist party of China pointed:"Do people’s satisfactory education","deepening comprehensive reform in the field of education, focus on improving the quality of higher education","contribute to the achievement of higher quality employment". With the development of education in China, China’s higher education has entered the core in order to improve the quality of the content development stage. As one of the major physical education in universities-Physical Education, rational or not their training model is the ability to ensure the quality of personnel training, training objectives and the basis for achieving higher employment rates. So to optimize physical education professionals training model is imperative. Anhui Province is located in the middle of China,all aspects of economic development and education is relatively backward provinces, to promote the development of sports, improve the education system, efforts to carry out comprehensive reforms are more urgent.This paper uses literature, expert interviews, questionnaires and statistics and other research methods, Anhui Province has selected physical education major universities in five, namely, Anhui Normal University, Fuyang Normal College, Suzhou College, Chaohu College, Hefei Teachers College, according to the status of their training and development programs to analyze survey, summarized the problems of mode Physical Education Major in colleges of Anhui, and reform countermeasures professional training of Physical Education in Anhui Province. The article consists of seven sections:(1)The first is to analyze the policies relating physical education both about national and Anhui Province;(2) The way of school training to their students;(3)Curriculums;(4)About teaching methods, tools and learning methods;(5)About the training of students’ practical ability;(6) Survey of teaching conditions;(7) the school’s training evaluation system.By studying the preliminary conclusions are as follows:(1) The State encouraged the construct development of all types of personnel, improved the industries’ training system and then proposed the training plan for each industry. Pointed clearly that the relevant provisions of culture and sports professionals education and other aspects of the curriculum. According to guides all aspects of national policy, Anhui province is preparing to optimize the physical education development plan actively.(2) The five universities’ professional training objectives and specifications of Anhui is following policy of the state, but it has limitations, too, phenomena in same occurs, means lack features of their own.(3) In the curriculums, Anhui province has been updated these years, but some problems are always there, such as traditional courses are in dominant position; something new can rarely emerging; as the main courses of the curriculum, they lack integration and flexibility; educational curriculum is in a lower proportion, and lack of local features. There are some unreasonable aspects, such as the ratio, between public courses and specialized courses, compulsory courses and elective courses, disciplines and technical subjects.(4) In students’ practical and operational capabilities, the satisfaction of students is not high, the over-concentration of practice mode is not conducive to students’ ability consolidated and improved, and the arrangements of school career guidance work need to strengthen. In the actual teaching, teachers often used their traditional teaching methods, lack of novelty and relevance, and always neglect the cultivation of students’ learning methods, resulting in mixed ability students in all aspects.(5) The teaching conditions in five universities of Anhui are not ideal. The hardware facilities can satisfies the basic needs of teaching, but the awareness on the maintenance and updating is not high, the application of software devices is unsatisfactory, the attention to teachers’ construction and other faculty is insufficient. The teachers and students’ awareness on educational evaluation system is not high, even if there is relatively vague, the evaluation methods and tools are relatively simple and backward, is not conducive to education management.
