Anhui Province College Physical Education Graduates Employment Situation And Countermeasures Ready

Physical education major in Colleges and universities is the cradle of cultivating physical education teachers. In recent years, due to a number of different reasons, the employment rate of the physical education graduates has been on a downward trend and the employment difficulty has been increased. Physical education major is one of the chief majors of sports courtyard in Colleges and universities. So the school and the society should attache great importance to it. But in recent years the development of physical education major is not optimistic.In June9,2011, MyCOS Institute and the Social Science Document Press published the report "The employment report of Chinese college students in2011". The report points out that the physical education major has been one of the10majors which are under the pressure from the poor employment rate of the undergraduates. The employment of physical education graduates is one of the key problems in sports colleges and universities and the society.The economic development of Anhui province is in the general level compared with the other areas in china, and there are many sports colleges in Anhui province. So the employment problem of the professional sports graduates in Anhui province is relatively more serious. The employment of the professional sports graduates causes significant influence to Anhui Province from economy, politics and society. So discussing the employment problems of the physical education graduates in Anhui province is significant for perfecting the physical education of Anhui province, improving the training ability of colleges and universities, adjusting the course specialized establishment and the curricular reform. And it also possesses very important value in theory and practice to cultivate comprehensive talent to meet the market demand in Anhui province, to further improve the employment situation of graduates from sports colleges in Anhui province and to the sustainable development of colleges and universities.This paper mainly discusses the employment situation of Physical Education graduates in Colleges and universities of Anhui Province and the employment preparation of the graduates by using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews and Statistics. Through the survey of6ordinary high school physical education graduates teachers in Anhui province and55physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools, the author makes the preliminary conclusion.Firstly, Anhui College of physical education graduates employment rate has virtual high phenomenon. Secondly, the College Physical Education Students lack of the ability.Thirdly, in the present, the employment expectation of physical education graduates in Anhui province is slightly higher than the actual value, and their employment idea still somewhat biased, the occupation career planning is not the place of employment. Most graduates still expect to stay in the city and seldom select go to the rural and community. Fourthly, professional sports graduates lack of solid specialization and basic teaching skills. The important things about introducing talent of the middle and primary schools are basic teaching skills and professional skills and innovation ability, which embody the "sporting all-rounder" employment competitive advantage. Fifthly, the demand of the middle and primary schools in Anhui province for sports professionals is agreeable with the college students’forecast. And the gradual changing of the requirement type shows that the development and reform of the construction of physical education should be in step.Sixthly, Employment Guiding mechanisms of universities haven’t performed its function. In the present, the college students don’t know enough about the employment policy and the employment information. So it is important to improve the employment guidance mechanism of universities and carry out the education of employment and entrepreneurship.
