1990s,curling into China,as an emerging sport,the project was welcomed by themajority of sports fans.In recent years,based on the masses love curling competitionlevel has been a great leap forward,especially Chinese women ’s curling team to goabroad,and in the2010World Championships seventh achieved good results,thecurrent kettle movement in our country has achieved remarkable results,significantlyimprove the competitive level,developing very rapidly.However,China is still at thecompetitive level curling early stage of development,the national team in internationalcompetitions like,catch up with the United States,Canada,Russia and other curlingpower,we must improve the training system curling,curling borrow mature technologypowerhouse to learn through the core muscles of athletes training to enable athletes tofully play its core muscles that some initiative.This article is based on our curling team as the research object, combined withChina’s actual situation, through literature research, interview surveys,questionnaires, expert advice, and other scientific methods, a comparative study ofall aspects of the sport of curling, the results showed that:Curling projects on stable core muscles are better able to maintain the correct posture,thus effectively play a real strength athletes, strength training, core muscles andreasonable to ensure the training of treatment, improve athletic performance,improve Players shot stability.After curling shot, in order to make the location Curling want to achieve, toconduct continuous rubbing ice, this process needs to consume a certain strength,which requires the core muscles of the contact, not only need to contact your coremuscle strength, but also the core muscle endurance training.Curling project core strength training method to traditional strength training,combined with the now more popular core training can be a good athlete to improve physical fitness, improving athletic performance.In actual operation, the project core muscles curling training methods should becombined with its special physical fitness through a variety of methods reaction speedtraining, strength training, endurance training, flexibility training to improve athleticability Curling special athletes.
