Heilongjiang is a multi-ethnic, scattered provinces, the province’s total of53ethnic minorities, a population of nearly2000000, accounting for5.26%of the totalpopulation. Heilongjiang Province,with its unique features, many different types of climate, different religious beliefs,extensive cultural exchanges and integration of features, reproduce many of thetraditional sports, traditional sports project has been shared by some for the national.And its special geographical position, rich and colorful ethnic customs, many ethnicculture, religious culture and the magic of the sports tourism resources, has greatcultural and economic value. The minority rich cultural resources, which include thedevelopment of a massive sports resources, which is to make some basic inheritanceand development of ethnic minority culture work.This study through the literature data method, logic analysis method, expert interviewmethod, on-the-spot investigation method, questionnaire method, investigation andstudy of Heilongjiang population and distribution, minority excavate the characteristicof Heilongjiang minority traditional sports project, study of Heilongjiang minoritytraditional sports resources types and characteristics of traditional sports resources,development Heilongjiang ethnic problems, research results show that:：1, our province many minorities, ten ethnic minorities living in their sports, a hundredor more, and there are many projects very my province region climate characteristic,2,Heilongjiang minority traditional sports resources development issues: thedevelopment of sports resources in the minority area is not balanced, minority sportstourism resources, the weak of the national traditional sports market development isslow, lack of strong support of sports resources, inheritance of minority area reductionclassification, our Province minority sports resources are not clear enough.3, the Heilongjiang Minority Traditional Sports Resources Development: first, schoolphysical education and traditional ethnic sports resource development combination;two, tourism and minority traditional sports resources development combined; three,the competitive sports and traditional ethnic sports resource development combination;four, the mass media and the traditional sports of ethnic minorities the exploitation of resources combined; five, national fitness and traditional ethnic sports resourcedevelopment combination of research and development.
