In Minority Nationality Areas In Gansu Province Rural Public Sports Service Development Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

Sports public service refers to that the government authorities such as sports departmentand organization provide rural residents with public sports products and relevant public sportsservices, so as to meet the basic sports requirements of rural residents. Strengthening sportspublic service is an important reflection to implement scientific outlook on development andis the important content to construct socialist harmonious society. It is also the urgent needs tomeet the basic sports needs of residents. In2012, the communist party held eighteenthNational Party Congress, the Twelfth Five-year Plan was implemented, the partycomprehensively carried out the spirit of Sixth Plenary Session of Seventeenth CPC CentralCommittee and promoted the great development of socialist culture, great prosperity wasstarted, and sports battlefront comprehensively prepared for13th sports games. The paper,under the background, adopts the current development situations of rural sports public servicein minority area in Gansu Province as object of study. In light of the characteristics of Gansurural minority areas, conduct on-site investigation on the current development situations ofpublic service of rural sports in minority areas. Especially the current development situationsof Linxia Hui Nationality Autonomous Region and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture ofGannan provide solid fact basis for the research.Comprhensive national strength can be showed from the economic level of rural areas,cultural activities and public service situation in rural area. The main contradiction of oursociety is how to improve the livelihood of people, enrich the cultural activities of farmers,improve the service system, and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.The author ofthis paper takes the condition of the above two places as an example and ues several methodssuch as literature review, investigation, and interview to do the relative research in order tofind out the problems and ways about how to change the current situation.. It finds that thereare still lots of limititions to develop the sports public service in the ehnic minority rural areaof the Gansu Province. It is difficult to balance the development between the urban and rualarea.It still has a long way to go to improve our sports public service, although ourgovernment has already taken some methods to change the poor situation. Nowadays theabove two rural area have done some work in this aspect to improve the current situation andhas achieved some sucess. But there are still some remains which need futher investigation and to be improved. The short history of the govenment sports public service building meansthe shortage in the aspects of the thoery building and practice taken. Therefore the basic job ofthe govenment now is to link the theory with the reality and take people as the most importantpoint to do the job step by sep.
