As the national Stable political, sustained and rapid economic development, China and the international community in trade, culture, education and other fields increasingly extensive and in-depth exchanges, surging demand from around the world to the Chinese. At present, the main body promote the development of Chinese has begun from the private to the government, a lot of countries’the government department of education has put the Chinese compulsory course as a second language in the mainstream school.More and more governments and non-governmental organizations to response strongly in our country’s establish Confucius institute overseas. On the20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the China and South Korea, the hanban namely output200Chinese volunteer teachers engaged in the Korean primary and middle school teaching Chinese with team-teaching. Based on the author’s own infancy synergy in South Korea one year’s Chinese teaching experience, on the basis of analysis of Korean Chinese teaching current situation, discussing the China and South Korea teachers’cooperation and division and teaching design of team-teaching, in order to achieve better teaching effect. In the first two chapters in this paper mainly discusses the Korean high school Chinese teaching situation and team-teaching in Chinese language education in South Korea applied some of the problems and solutions, the third and fourth chapter mainly discusses the China and South Korea Chinese teachers’ team-teaching method in detail and the instructional design which based on team-teaching.
