However, to improve the physical health of children and adolescents is a long and arduous systems engineering, school, family and society as a whole needs a long-term unremitting efforts.Primary and secondary stage is a crucial stage of physical development, this period will actively participate in physical exercise to enhance physical health play a multiplier effect. Schoolchildren in this age of the parents and relatives have a natural sense of dependence, the impact of physical education on their families produce more profound.In this paper, literature, data analysis, interviews, field research and other research methods, in-depth investigation currently home-school sports avenues of cooperation in Nanjing schools, the survey results reflect the current home of primary and secondary school sports co-existence of Nanjing low frequency, time is short; cooperation weak sense; arbitrary, lacking scientific, holistic; lack of two-way communication; clear boundaries of age, poor continuity; contents shortage of home-school sports cooperation, and low frequency problems. Summary analysis of the main reasons is that the problems encountered in cooperation:cooperation with teachers’lack of awareness of parents; teachers’own qualities, skills, attitudes missing; parents did not spare the time to educate their children; limited awareness of parents; excessive drowning. For emerging issues in cooperation put forward some countermeasures:publicity, causing schools, families, communities multifaceted importance; construction, innovative " school-family" communication mechanism; insisted,"Please come in and go" home-school principles; reform school sports, to establish a new school sports mode; establish inspection and supervision mechanism to prevent cooperation mere formality; accelerate the construction of school sports teachers specialized teachers, and enhance home-school sports cooperation capacity.
