Retelling strategy is a reinforcement learning strategy which keeps the memory declarative knowledge repeatedly to keep information. It has a positive effect on developing the students’ language skills and the ability to integrate knowledge induction. It is obvious that this new teaching strategy is beneficial to strengthening the use of rehearsal knowledge and keeping the memory effect. From the perspective of this paper, experimental studies, which aimed to make the results of this qualitative quantify, confirmed the validity of retelling strategy.Through literature survey, the author strengthens knowledge for the successful application of new teaching strategies to provide a theoretical basis for repeating pedagogy and psychology. Through questionnaires, the author learns students’ the ability to use and repeat strategy when they are taking new lessons, which provides a feasibility study. Through interviews, the author found that if teachers in the classroom without the use of strategic importance to repeat, there is no effective teaching methods. Through preliminary inquiry teaching and case teaching, the author summarized several new classes which can use repeat viable strategy. Through the experimental group, the control group before the test, and written test after test, the author tests students’the knowledge and memory to keep the situation when taking new lessons. The experimental study was carried out in a key high school in Jiangsu Province. The process variables were strictly controlled in the experiments. The author also designed strategies to repeat the teaching process, and compose tests before the momery and tests after the memory which reflect students’ memory when taking the new lesson. Preliminary experiments proved that:the use of new teaching strategies for teaching retelling, is not only beneficial to strengthening and maintaining the amount of memory retention time, helping improve students’ knowledge of migration; but also help develop students’ language skills and the ability to integrate.
