Objective:Through study the effect of age on older women muscle attenuation, explore the relationship between the physical activity level and older women muscle attenuation including muscle mass and muscle function decay, revealing the different physical activity level on the attenuation of older women muscle;research the improvement measures.Methods:(1) Literature:retrieved by Nanjing Normal University Library and its Web site read about muscle muscle disorders, ageing and physical activity less attenuation, documentation and information, and a systematic documentation, research, analysis, and provide reference for research on the subject.(2) Questionnaire survey:the physical activity questionnaire and health survey,200of people aged61-70years old female questionnaire, according to the survey results, showed that age and physical activity level were in accordance with the requirements of the test object120.(3) Field measurement method:according to the fifth national institutional testing method for height, weight and strength tests, hips according to the measuring method of exercise physiology, cortical thickness,4m speed and5repeated start, BMI, a relative of skeletal muscle mass index tests.(4) Statistical methods. Original data from SPSS17.0for Windows storage and databases. Application of SPSS17.0software package for statistical analysis, results were values (x)±standard deviation (SD). Differences between groups using the single-factor analysis of variance test, p-value is significant horizontal (p<0.05significant difference, p<0.01difference is significant). Pearson correlation (Pearson Correlation) analyze the level of physical activity and older female muscle attenuation and muscle attenuation index dependencies between tests.Results:(1) Compared with low physical activity group, the moderate physical activity group exists significant difference on skeletal muscle mass and muscle function index of (P<0.05); The group of high level physical activity has significant difference in skeletal muscle mass and muscle strength index(p<0.01), and in the muscle function, body fat percentage and BMI index also exists significant difference (P<0.05). But compared with moderate physical activity group, the high level physical activity group does not have significant difference on all indexes (P>0.05). (2) The old elderly women year61-65and66-70have significant difference on skeletal muscle quality,4meters pace and5times repeatedly sitting up on indicators(P<0.05).And there are very significant differences between the two age groups on indicators of muscle strength and body fat percentage(P<0.01). And BMI index does not exist significant differences between the two age groups(P>0.05).(3) Older women skeletal muscle mass and muscle strength and BMI were positively low related to the physical activity level (P<0.05).There is low negative correlation between physical activity level and muscle function and body fat percentage(P<0.05).(4) There is positive correlation between skeletal muscle mass and muscle strength and BMI.And there is a negative correlation between body fat percentage and muscle function and skeletal muscle quality. Conclusions:(1) Compared with60-65years and older women,66-70age group significantly reduced quality of skeletal muscle,4meters pace and repeated5times sitting up speed, muscle strength and body fat percentage.(2) Compared with low physical activity group of older women, high physical activity can significantly improve the quality of relatively skeletal muscle index,4meters pace and repeated5times sitting up speed of older women. The high level of physical activity can significantly improve grip strength, reduce the body fat percentage, and increased BMI.(3) Older women skeletal muscle mass that have significantly positively relation and grip strength and BMI index,but that have significant negative correlation.and body fat percentage,4meters pace and repeated5times sitting up speed(4) Level of physical activity and relative skeletal muscle mass,BMI index was significantly positively related, but the level of physical activity and body fat percentage,4meters pace and speed of5times repeatedly sitting up have a dominant negative correlation.
