Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Man is the product of education and the environment.The environment in the creation of people affects and restricts the ways of development. At the same time the ideological and political quality of college students is in a certain social environment under the background of the formation and development.Therefore the ideological and political education of college students depends on certain social environment,and this factor runs through ideological and political education environment.The advantages or disadvantages of social environment has an influence on the ideological and political education of undergraduates.Ideological and political education environment is a special sense of environment, it not only affects on college students’ ideological and political moral character formation and development of profound effect, but also restricts the ideological and political education and the final effect, and determines the goals of talents cultivation in colleges and universities.We are in the age of globalization and pluralism.The profound change of the international environment and domestic environment results some new environmental factors. On the one hand these new environmental factors bring a broader space about development of ideological and political education.On the other hand, a large number of new situations and problems cause great pressure to colleges and universities in the new period of ideological and political education environment.The boundaries of the college students is in contact with the society.The development of the society changes their world outlook, the outlook on life, values and morality with intense impact, and then the research and practice of the theory of college ideological and political education is facing severe challenges. So that the ideological and political education environment problem is increasingly prominent. In this paper, combining with the characteristics of age,in order to realize the optimization of college ideological and political education environment,I analyze theoretically the connotation,type, function from the ideological and political education environment..In practice,from the college environment,family environment and communal I analyze deeply the problems existing in the there aspects.And then I inquire into the reasons of being.At last,I put forward measures from social environment,college environment,family environment and communal environment to optimize the environment of ideological and political education in order to improve the actual effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. To strengthen the construction of the above four aspects of the environment, these are not only the requirement of the ideological and political education,but also a requirement of human development,social progress and social progress requirements.
