A Study On Microcosmic Environment For College Students' Ideological And Political Education

College students who belong to valuable talent resources are the hope of our nation and the future of our country. Chinese Communist Party and the government always consider the improvement of college students'ideological and political education and the students'ideological and ethical qualities as a very formidable task, whose purpose is to educate college students to be the socialistic qualified constructors and successors. With the accelerating process of globalization, western ideological thoughts, especially cultural thoughts are permeating into our country and affecting every Chinese, especially young people. College students whose thoughts are in a unstable stage from immature to mature couldn't have strong sense of self-control and could be easily lured by all kinds of bad thoughts. All of these factors will make students form some bad values and behaviors which have bad effects on the development of individuals, families, even nation and society and provide a challenge for the ideological and political education. Preaching dominant theories could not meet needs for development anymore and what we should do is to focus on the important role that environment plays in the process of educating people. Many researches have proved that environmental impact is enormous for educating people. The environment of ideological and political education influence college students imperceptibly. This positive effect is a useful complement for the dominant ideological and political education. The environment of ideological and political education can be divided into macro environment and micro environment. Both of them influence and restrict the ideological and political education to a certain extent, but the most direct impact on college students is the micro-environment. Therefore, it is very important for us to enhance the study on micro-environment of ideological and political education.Based on those researches from three dimensions of campus, family and peer group which form the micro-environment of College students'ideological and political education, this thesis aims to find a harmonious, interactive and developed micro-environmental system for ideological and political education. In this way, a new way of ideological and political education should be explored which could enhance the appropriateness and effectiveness of ideological and political education and further improve people's recognition on law of micro-environment in ideological and political education.
