Research On Optimizing The Ideological And Political Educational Environment In Private-owned Colleges

Either Theories or practice show that ideological and political education can be more thoroughly and effectively and keep vital as long as it's suited to the"modern theme of the times", to the continuous changed environment. In other words: it will go ahead with time in the environment development. However, it has own features and developmental modern situation in private-owned colleges. If the private-owned colleges deal with their problems as the common higher schools do, they will not achieve their goals in the ideological and political education. Therefore, from the private universities to improve the effect of ideological and political education for private universities by optimizing the way of ideological and political education environment is especially important.Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory ,Three Represents and The scientific outlook on development, this article use the theory of ideological and political education to analytic method which integration the theory and practice to inquire into the problem of optimizing the ideological and political educational environment. First, this article discusses deeply for ideological and political educational environment in college, but the environment is different according to the center materials. We have to issue the measures to optimize moral educational microcosmic environment in accordance with Chinese private-owned colleges-a special group. Second, we analyze the influence of ideological and political education in private-owned colleges from macro-environment and microenvironment. Questionnaire method is especially adopted in it .In order to get good result ,we analyze the influence of ideological and political education in private-owned colleges from family environment,college environment and the same generation group environment. At last, we issue the measures to optimize moral educational environment in Chinese private-owned colleges in accordance with these problems. This optimization aims at providing this social environment become comfortable for the ideological and political education, and making these mutual factors and these relations in a best condition. Therefore we expound the exact measures to optimize moral educational macro-environment in Chinese private-owned colleges from political environment,economic environment and medium environment, then we expound the exact measures to optimize moral educational microenvironment in Chinese private-owned colleges from family environment, college environment, and the same generation group environment, which is also called trinity.
