On The Current Situation Of College Students' Rule Consciousness And The Educational Countermeasures

"Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards". Rule is the scientific, reasonable, legal norms and standards that people must follow in daily life, work and learning, which guarantee the stability of social order, and is also an important part of modern spiritual civilization. With the constant improvement of legal system in our country, our society, in many times, is not a lack of rules, but the lack of people’s awareness of following the rules and the determination and action of implementing rules. Our country’s higher education development promote the level of school and the education, and continue to strengthen the college students’ overall quality, however, the rules of the college students’ awareness in China is not optimistic. Therefore, cultivating the sense of the rules of the college students is a priority.The current situation of university student’s consciousness of rules in our country is mainly:the knowledge and behavior of rules separates.to the compliance behavior of themselves and others have different evaluation standard、lack of self-discipline. A lot of reasons such as Chinese traditional culture, society, school, family and student characteristics lead to this situation.College students’ education of consciousness of rules must first clear the principle which means the combination of school education and family education, of theoretical education and practical demonstration, rules consciousness education and subject education and rule consciousness education combined with development of personality. Around these principles to carry out the rule consciousness education, people must promote the two aspects from the explicit and implicit education:in explicit ways, clear teaching goal, innovation education content, education method, to carry out teaching evaluation; in implicit ways, improve the class and school rules, teachers precept, clear reward mechanism, family environment, enables the university student’s consciousness of rules education to real results.
