| China has achieved great success in rule-of-law idea propagation, justice system improvement, realization of judicial justice since the rule-of-law strategy practice. At the same time, educational idea in colleges has also changed from compelling regulations to rule-of-law idea; college administration has begun its democratic and institutional way. Scholars have paid more and more attention to how to practice rule-of-law idea in college administration and how to raise the effectiveness of ideological and political education under the social background.College ideological and political education is supposed to be related to the future of national higher education, and attract much social attention. Scholl rules have much influence on college students among all kinds of administrative rules. Scholl rules mean regulations and punishment, arc instructions for college students behavior and thoughts during their college days. Instruction should be more important than punishment. The mistakes of students should be the right moment for education. However, personal or legal administration in wrong way also has great harmful influence on students’ideological and political education.This thesis aims to analyze the improvement of college rules, the regulations of student’s behavior, to create effective influence on their ideas and foster the right successor for socialistic society.The first part analyzes the college rules’content, extent ion and functions.The second part analyzes the relation between college rules and ideological and political education effectivenessThe third part synthesizes the reasons and states the college rules improvement principle and approaches raise the ideological and political education effectiveness.The forth part draws lessons from ideological and political education in US, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore to analyze the factors of ideological and political education effectiveness. |
