The novice teacher refer to those have received teaching certificate and passed the teachers’ pre-service training smoothly, but they are lack of experience in various aspects and they are in the adaptation and growth period with1-3years of teaching in the elementary school. Every year, there are a large number of novice teachers into the teachers in our country. They are fresh blood and the new hope of teachers. How do they grow up, that depending on where they live originally and who they contact and their own accomplishment. Their growth direction determines the future direction of teachers. When the novice teachers enter the teachers’ role, is bound to experience a process, which is a dynamic process from survival adaptation to professional adaptation, and to professional development. The novice teachers pass this process smoothly or not, that will affect the working state of the novice teachers and professional development direction, even affect the determination of the teaching. So the research of novice teachers’ professional adaptation and development is becoming important.First of all, applying the method of text analysis and questionnaire survey, the researcher conducts on conditions of the novice teachers’survival adaptation and professional adaptation in general. According to the results of questionnaire, there are four challenges in survival adaptation:big psychological gap, tense interpersonal relationship, keeping teachers’ affective education difficultly, complex environment. At the same time, there are four problems in professional adaptation:disconnected professional concept, complex professional knowledge, professional ability raise difficulties, and professional affection dilution. Of course, when the novice teachers enter the workplace, they are in the face of not only difficulties. But the purpose of this article is to find and solve problems, so the study only to survey and analysis the problems of the novice teachers. In order to make it plays an important role in their professional development.Secondly, on analysis the questionnaire data basis, and through the interviewing method and the classic case analysis method, this researcher understands and researches a dynamic process of the novice teacher from survival adaptation to professional adaptation, and to professional development. The researcher only discusses the process which is from professional adaptation to professional development. This process is a reflection of the novice teachers in Teachers’ life and profession. It is a process from passive to active adjustment, and then to the dynamic process of consciousness of professional development needs. This article mainly analyzes and discusses the dynamic process, in order to seek the new primary school teacher professional development standards, and hope for the novice teachers’ professional to provide a theoretical basis and growth.Finally, the researcher refers to critical reflection of the novice teacher professional growth model, which is suitable for them. It is to solve survival adaptation and professional adaptation difficulties of the novice teachers, and to optimize teacher professional development models:educational reflection, educational narrative, the teacher community, open class, and so on. It can to make these models more suitable for professional development of the novice teachers in primary school, and to promote their development rapidly and stable. It hopes that can help the novice teacher in-service better adapt to the teachers’ professional training, and provide practical guidance for the campus novice teachers.
