Induction adaptation is the first step in the professional development of novice teachers,and plays a vital role in the development of novice teachers in the future and to what extent.This study has established the study framework of this paper by summarizing the relevant study,so as to investigate the current situation of new mathematics teachers' adaptation to employment and further improve teachers' professional development.The main study question of this thesis is: what is the status quo of the entry adaptability of the new mathematics teacher? What are the similarities and differences in the entry adaptation of new mathematics teachers with different degrees? What kind of help do new math teachers need during their adaptation period?The study framework of this paper is mainly constructed and characterized from four aspects: task dimension,interpersonal dimension,psychological adaptation dimension and environmental adaptation dimension.The questionnaire was compiled according to the study framework,and the questionnaire was revised by experts such as the tutor,and then the pre-test was carried out.After a simple analysis,the formal questionnaire was finally formed,and the questionnaire had good reliability and validity.In order to solve the study problem,the author adopts the questionnaire method and the interview method,and draws the following conclusion: overall,the entry adaptation of the first mathematics teacher is better,the adaptation of the four dimensions is ranked from high to low,followed by the interpersonal dimension,the environmental adaptation dimension,the work task dimension and the psychological adaptation dimension.In terms of gender,male teachers are better adapted than female teachers;in terms of teaching age,0-1 years is better adapted;in the case of non-normal teachers,the adaptation of first-time teachers is slightly higher;in terms of age,teachers born in 1990 are less adapted and no significant difference is found in other situations.From the perspective of academic qualifications,in the work task dimension and interpersonal dimension,the master's degree of first mathematics teacher is slightly higher than the undergraduate degree of first mathematics teacher,in the psychological adaptation dimension and environmental adaptation dimension is the opposite,using the independent sample t test,no significant difference was found.The first mathematics teacher needs the help of preparing lessons,stratified teaching,writing,how to improve students' learning,how to communicate with parents,how to adapt to the school system and so on.
