Study On The Management And Use Of Educational Technology And Equipment In Urban Middle Schools

As an indispensable part of the education system, educational equipment is one of the elements of the development of education. Along with the development of informational technology, the status of educational equipment is growing. Educational equipment is the material basis of teaching activities in middle school, without all kinds of educational equipment, teaching will not be carried out, and it will be impossible to improve the quality of teaching.By learning and improving methods of predecessors, analyze the educational actual foundation and development situation within a region, do an in-depth research to perspective and reveal the nature meaning of educational equipment, propose the role of educational equipment management and use in comprehensivly improving the quality of teaching. In order to raise common awareness of the importance of educational equipment use and management, make a sample survey among middle school students and teachers in Nanjing A area, find out the limiting factor of improving the management level and using efficiency of middle schoole educational equipment. From the results of data analysis, teachers and students are both maintaining a positive attitude to the good impact of educational equiment in changing teaching methods and improving teaching efficiency and the quality of education.After objectively reflecting the true status of the management and use of educational equipment in middle schools of Nanjing A district, proposed the existing problems:irrational allocation of funds, poor management, personnel shortages and the lack of efficient digital management system, trying to discover workable principles, measures and scientific ideas and practices which suit for city middle schools management and use by research and analysis of the questionnaires. Proposes solving advice:rational allocation of funds and equipment, improve the use and management,enhance the quality of talent and the establishment of an efficient digital management system. From the view of researcher, made advice for managers of schools and government departments,the advices are feasible,not only to provide a reference for the study of middle school educational equipment, but also conducive to the healthy development of urban middle school educational equipment.
