The education technical equipment in the rural area still needs help and support from each side, for the management and the usage of the education technical equipment in junior middle schools now are even worse than they are in primary schools and senior middle schools.As far as I am concerned, we should establish a management terrace of regional technical equipment, improve its comprehensive efficiency, bring it's management function into play, and construct a high qualified management team of it from the angle of the whole lifespan expense theory, in order to promote reasonable disposition of education technical equipment and promote the management efficiency of education technical equipment. It not only provides beneficial reference for the research of education technical equipment, but also is advantageous to push the development of education technical equipment in this area normally, smoothly, and healthily.
