At present, the teacher-student relationship has become the focus of social attention, the arrival of Internet age profoundly changed the environment of the interaction between teachers and students, and this kind of change brings opportunity to the development of the teacher-student relationship, but also brings ever more complex and difficult exchanges between teachers and students. As a kind of social reality, the social constructivist perspective of the teacher-student relationship is able to become themselves through the interaction with the social factors. So the examining of the relationship between teachers and students in the broad social background is becoming a new hot topic in the field of sociology of education.This paper following the clue "school and society", is based on the carding of the historical development of the teacher-student relationship and concludes the teacher-student relationship of internet age present characteristics as enlarge conflict, resolution authority and present the utilitarian. Then the study analyzes the construction power behind the teacher-student relationship of the Internet age historically and comprehensively. The study finds that the historical evolution of the teacher-student relationship reflects the change of the relation between school and society. The alienation between the school and society of the pre-internet age has hidden the conflicts, worldly and utilitarian factors of the relationship between teachers and students.And the popularity of the Internet has broken the barriers between school and society. The construction subject of the teacher-student relationship shows a trend of diversity. In addition to the teachers and students, families, schools, media and other social forces step in and become the subject of the construction of the teacher-student relationship. Following their action logic, mainly divided into the boycott of students in the culture in the process of reproduction, teachers’ tradeoffs under the current system, student parents’ competition in economic capital and social capital, Interest of media behind social responsibility and governance model and defense strategies of school, multivariate force confrontation and compromise to form "conflict’ tropism, the secularization," the teacher-student relationship of the internet age. We think the healthy development of the teacher-student relationship of the Internet age needs the joint efforts of teachers, students, families, schools and the medias, through equal dialogue between teachers and students on the basis of internet culture, at the same time, reconstruct the social trust in teachers, and creates a good environment for the development of the teacher-student relationship. So we can reconstruct the healthy, harmonious teacher-student relationship in the internet age.
