Teacher-student relationship is the most basic interpersonal relation in educational field. Under the background of industrialization,the model of talent cultivation in education field use the experience of industrialized manufacture,it committed to seiende and forgotten existence.The relationship based on this foundation is a kind of social relation,which is linked by knowledge.It is their own identities that connect teachers and students,which reflects the societal functions between teachers and students.That's functional relation. However,the nature of teacher-student relationship should be interpersonal relation.So it is necessary to build new relation between teachers and students to return to human existence. Research methods of this thesis are documentary analysis and theoretical analysis method.To adapt to the development,we construct a new type of teacher-student relationship based on existence,in order to provide a new vision and perspective for the research.At the end of the thesis,when talking about establish the new concept of teachers and students,we put forward some suggestions and strategy for constructing existent relationship between teachers and students.The thesis is divided into five parts:First part is introduction.It introduces the reasons for research topic and significance, and analyses the related records.Describing the research methods and defining the core concepts of the thesis.In the second part,show why the existence was forgotten by education and the impact on education.Existence was forgotten because of the pursuit of science and knowledge. Education is bound to make a great impact on teacher -student relationship;knowledge has become a link of teacher and student.Teacher-student relation focuses on functionality and ignored the existence of teachers and students,the relation become functional relationship.The third part is the core value of the existent teacher-student relationship and its significance.To establish the existent teacher-student relation,we must update our concepts of education,to cherish students' lives,turn our thinking on the existence,and construct the relation in the field of existence. Existent relation has great significance for recognizing the essence of education,for constructing the teaching theory and for expanding the paradigm of teacher-student relation.Partâ…£,the theoretical source of constructing the existent teacher-student relations.The construction can not be separated from the theory of substantial support.Marx thought ontological,existential philosophies,phenomenology,hermeneutic are the theoretical source of the idea.Partâ…¤,strategy to construct the teacher-student relationship.The key of the construction depends on how to know teachers and students,as well as teachers and students how to contact in educational process.Therefore,this thesis put forward several suggestions about setting up new view of teachers,view about students and using of appropriate methods of teaching,in order to construct the relationship.Teacher-student relationship is a timeless topic in the educational field.As long as there is education,there will be a question of teacher-student relationship.The teacher-student relationship make an impact on the educational quality.Build a good relationship between teachers and students is the eternal pursuit of education.The existent relationship would be give a new vision for the research of teacher-student relationship.
